Project Delivery Managers Pty Ltd (PDM) is a North Queensland owned and operated Project Delivery Management services consultancy that provides services for Local, State and Federal Governments and Industries. PDM specialise in the delivery and operations of assets and infrastructure projects, development and laser scanning.

PDM was established in July 2007 by its Directors, Mr. Andrew Franzmann and Mr. Jim Sullivan. Since its inception, PDM has steadily grown and now employs over 20 personnel based in the Townsville region. PDM’s staff have varied and extensive backgrounds which service its clients’ needs in a range of businesses and operations.

PDM is third party accredited ISO 9001:2008 and is an affiliated member of a number of industry groups including:
