Project Delivery Managers Pty Ltd (PDM) is a North Queensland based and operated project delivery management consultancy specialising in the delivery of infrastructure projects and developments.

Established in July 2007 by its Directors Mr. Andrew Franzmann and Mr. Jim Sullivan, PDM identified a niche market in the Engineering and Construction industry which they recognised as having a shortfall in skilled capable project managers assisting their clientele in the delivery of their projects.

PDM is a supplier to both the private industry and Government agencies (local, state and federal government) and is listed on a number of panel of providers. PDM is third party accredited ISO 9001:2008, and is a member of a number of industry groups including Institution of Engineers, Institution of Company Directors, Institution of Project Managers and Master Builders Association.

PDM acts as the client’s representative, combining the applicable professional skills required to deliver the project to completion for the best possible outcome. PDM takes ownership of the projects it delivers by: managing and leading the professional disciplines, identifying the risk associated with the project and developing risk mitigation options.

In the current market PDM provides specialist Management Services truly independent of any other consultants, contractors, equity participants or suppliers. Being independent allows PDM’s people to be totally focused on your project and or operations, and on your needs to deliver the best possible outcome with the available funds.

This is not a new approach to project management however it provides the client with the opportunity to evaluate and revise the implementation process undertaken by the various third parties involved in the delivery of a project or an operational optimization program.
