Summary: 

PDM were engaged by Townsville City Council as the Principals Representative to assist councils Project Manager on this multi-million dollar multi-discipline project which involved the reinstatement of the mall with two (2) road lanes and parking facilities.  The end product was the beautiful heart of the city connecting all roads via signalised road networks and an accessible place for Townsville via vehicular and pedestrian transport.
